Clinical Research
If you've been diagnosed with BPH for at least one year, this might be of interest to you. Arkansas Urology is one of numerous sites in the U.S. where a new investigational drug for BPH (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia), commonly know as "enlarged prostate", is being tested. We are currently screening men age 45 and older who are interested in participating in this Phase 3 trial.
Why Should I Participate in a Clinical Trial?
By participating in a a clinical trial you contribute to the advancement of medicine by helping yourself as well as other people with the similar condition. As a clinical trial participant, you would receive study related care, at no cost to you- in this case a complete BPH evaluation by a certified urologist and follow-up for the duration of the trial. You may also be compensated for your time.
The goal of this trial is to establish whether a single injection of the investigational drug could replace a daily regimen of pills.
For more information about participating in one of our clinical research trials, please call 501-537-7867.
