LITTLE ROCK (February 13, 2020) – Nic Joubert joins Arkansas Urology, the state’s largest and most innovative urological practice in Arkansas as its new chief clinic service officer for all Arkansas Urology clinics.
Joubert graduated from the University of Arkansas with his bachelor of science and nursing in 2014 and began his nursing career at UAMS as an operating room nurse. During those early years, he also moonlighted in the same position at CHI St. Vincent. After three years in this role, Joubert was then promoted to neurosurgery supervisor at CHI St. Vincent.
“Nic’s knowledge of day-to-day operations in the health care system makes him an asset to Arkansas Urology,” said Scot Davis, CEO of Arkansas Urology. “He possesses a proven track record of launching successful clinics and effectively managing and working alongside his staff. His expertise will continue to elevate our level of patient care.”
After two years of working in his role as a supervisor, UAMS recruited Joubert to run its Cardiovascular Surgery Department. He later served as director of the Value Analysis Department.
