Parker Work, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant at Arkansas Urology who brings a strong passion for patient-centered care and teamwork to the Conway clinic. From a young age, Parker was drawn to medicine and knew he wanted a career that allowed him to both serve patients and collaborate with other providers to deliver the best outcomes. Becoming a PA was the perfect fit.
He completed his Physician Assistant education at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) with clinical training at hospitals across the state. At Arkansas Urology, Parker will be leading the Men’s Health Clinic in Conway, a role he is especially excited about. He believes men’s health is an often underserved area of medicine, and he is passionate about helping patients address concerns, improve their health, and feel empowered in their care.
Outside of the clinic, Parker enjoys spending time outdoors—playing golf, tennis, or fishing. He and his wife love taking their dog on walks and exploring Arkansas together. A former collegiate athlete, Parker remains passionate about sports, especially cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks in baseball, basketball, football, and soccer.
His favorite local spots include Cross Creek for cookies and fly fishing on the Little Red River. When it comes to travel, his dream destination is Bora Bora, where he could soak up the beach and warm weather.
