Jeff Thomas, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant at Arkansas Urology who has been practicing in the field for nearly 15 years. From an early age, Jeff felt a calling to healthcare—a passion that was solidified during his time at Alabama Governor’s School, where he shadowed a cardiologist in the Cath Lab. That formative experience left a lasting impression and confirmed his desire to pursue a career in medicine.
Jeff earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Harding University. During his first year of PA school, his mother-in-law was diagnosed with kidney cancer and received care from the team at Arkansas Urology. Witnessing the compassion and expertise she experienced sparked Jeff’s interest in urology and inspired him to join the field himself.
His approach to patient care is simple yet powerful: treat every patient as if they were his own family. With empathy and clarity, he strives to provide high-quality care that makes patients feel understood and respected at every step.
Jeff is a member of the American Urological Association and the Arkansas Academy of Physician Assistants.
Outside of the clinic, Jeff loves spending time with his family, especially outdoors. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing when time allows, and he also has a unique passion for collecting Native American artifacts. He and his wife, Sarah—a pediatrician in Little Rock—are raising four children, all under the age of 12, making life both busy and joy-filled.
